Meet Jackson,
Head of Partnerships & Innovation

I grew up in Sydney and Wollongong in a hardworking multicultural family where money was tight. That shaped everything about how I think about debt, stress, and what people actually need when they’re under financial pressure.

I started at Westpac at 18, moved through finance, marketing and partnerships across Australia, the US, England and China, then landed at Debt Busters working directly with people overwhelmed by unsecured debt. Credit cards, personal loans, BNPL, payday loans. People who had tried everything and just needed someone to actually help.

That experience still drives how I work.

Today I’m Head of Partnerships and Innovation. I build our national broker referral network, oversee the tech and tools used by clients and partners, and explore new ventures in the financial services space. Debt Busters has helped more than 4,000 Australians manage over $100M in debt and we’re not done yet.

Outside work I spend time with my partner, friends, family & dog, and watch too many movies.
